Free audit for real estate agents
Most agents think their online presence is fine. Then a buyer asks Google or ChatGPT for an agent in their area and three names come back, none of them theirs. This audit shows you the truth across the places buyers and AI actually look, in about eight minutes.
What changed
For years the goal was simple: rank on page one of Google. That still matters. But buyers now ask full questions and get full answers, often without scrolling at all. If you are not in the answer, you are not in the running, even when you rank.
Google's AI Mode passed one billion monthly users within a year of launch. Buyers type "who is a good agent for first-time buyers in Point Loma," not three keywords, and they expect a real answer back.

When an AI answer appears, it compresses ten blue links into one short paragraph with two or three sources. The agents named in it get seen. The ones who only ranked underneath get skipped.

AI does not invent who to recommend. It pulls from your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your site, and the directories. Get those right and you become the answer. That is what this audit measures.
The good news: this is fixable without hiring anyone.
The audit
Answer each one based on where you are today, not where you mean to be. Unsure counts for half. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere, your score and your fix list appear right here the moment you finish.
The entry point
The audit tells you what is broken. The guide tells you exactly how to fix each piece, what to write, what to claim, and what to ignore. It is the same playbook I ran on my own presence, written for an agent, not a marketer.
Everything is in plain language and ordered by impact, so you start with the work that actually moves your visibility and skip the busywork that does not.

Work with me
Some agents want the guide and a free weekend. Others want it done. If you would rather not learn schema markup and citation cleanup yourself, I take on a small number of agents and build their visibility for them, the same system, executed end to end.
This is hands-on, not a course and not a subscription you forget you are paying for. We start with your audit, agree on what matters most for your market, and I build from there. Because every market and every agent is different, pricing and scope are set after a short call, not before.
No results are promised or implied. Visibility depends on your market, your competition, and your own follow-through.

Who built this
I spent months wondering why every search for real estate in my own neighborhood returned the same handful of agents and none of them were me. I sell homes in Point Loma and Ocean Beach. I am good at it. And I was invisible in the exact places my buyers were looking.
So I learned how this works, because I had to. Not the version a marketing agency sells you, the version a working agent can actually do between showings. I built this audit and this guide out of what I found, and I keep them current because the search world keeps moving.
You do not need to become an expert. You need to know where you stand and what to fix first. That is the whole point of this.
